Well, although we’re about two thirds through the month of April now, I suppose it’s time I gave a monthly update on my 365 progress. I got a little behind on my editing work, it really took a lot of time to catch back up. I’m now within 5 days of being up-to-date on having every day edited.

Since the last update I posted at the end of February, I’ve traveled around the northeast quite a bit. I have attended and competed in cycling races at Rutgers, Philadelphia, and Bucknell University. For spring break, I took a short trip with my girlfriend, Tori, to Vermont and upstate New York, staying in Killington and Lake George. Also, winter has departed at last, allowing the colors of spring to finally reveal themselves and give signs of life to the previously brown and barren landscape. I’m also now up to day 82 in my 365 project. Remember to keep checking my 365 set on flickr for the latest shots.

Anyways, onto the photographic highlights from the month of March.

I know it’s been a while since my last update on my 365, and I’m sure everyone (or anyone who might have looked at my blog) has probably given up on me following through on this personal project.

Well, to all you who thought I couldn’t… you’re wrong. 26 days in thus far, and still going strong, with some very successful results.

This project has not only forced me to be more productive with my photography, but more creative as well. Some people set off on a 365 to make sure they simply take one photograph each day. I’m taking it one step further, in making sure that I not only photograph something, but that I try to make it an interesting and aesthetically successful photo as well.

Below, I’ve chosen to highlight a few photos from the past 24 days. If you wish to see every day of the 365, you can view the entire set on my flickr here.

Let’s try this 365 project once again. I had to send my mac in for repair shortly after beginning the 365 last month, so here’s to a fresh beginning one month later.

One of my resolutions for the new year is to start a 365 project. For those that don’t know, a 365 project is one in which you take a new photo for each day of the year. Hopefully I’ll finish. Here’s the start.

I suppose it’s time that I joined the rest of the blogosphere in rambling on about silly things that irk me just to hear myself talk. Better than tittering on twitter, I suppose.
A basic how-to on viewing the images on the site:

To view the photos in my galleries, please select a category on the navigational bar overhead, and mouse over the left or right edge of the photos. A directional arrow will appear. Click on the arrows to navigate through the galleries.
